An ex-NCC cadet and a passionate fitness coach in Mumbai, I began with a mission to redefine personal training. With over 6 years of experience, I identified a gap in the fitness industry for tailored, individual-focused sessions. This led to the establishment of a premier training plan that prioritizes simplicity and sustainability in a fitness journey.

My mission
At Trainwithdipesh, once I train someone, they should never need a trainer. I educate them so that they can train themselves forever. I aim to empower individuals to achieve their fitness goals through my training programs. I'm committed to fostering a supportive environment that promotes accountability, growth, and sustainable results for every client. I aim to inspire a healthier, more active lifestyle.
My vision
Six years ago, as I started my journey as a personal trainer, I observed that many individuals lacked the knowledge to train their bodies effectively. Numerous unscientific suggestions were shared freely among peers, which often led to stagnation in their progress.
I noticed a disparity: people overtrained themselves and complained about nutrition. Their lengthy workouts were the root cause of inconsistency, so I made a training plan that solves their problems.
Getting fit doesn’t have to be complicated. You don’t need expensive gear, a shelf full of supplements, or hours of your day spent in the gym.
I believe in keeping things simple, sustainable, and effective — so you can focus on living your life while building a body that supports it.
